Project Description
Pena-Alcantara is engaged to provide staff augmentation and project administration services for an extensive punch list phase of a large and nuanced development project, led by Brookfield Properties. Our project administration services included updating and tracking the extensive punch list using PlanGrid, documenting progress, and providing reports. Other responsibilities included attending and documenting meetings, regular site visits, and review of plans, specifications, and project scope as needed.
