3D Building Information Modeling (BIM)
We create 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) for both new and existing projects. The services cover full aspects of building and civil infrastructure modeling such as Architecture, Structure, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP). We take a hybrid and heuristic approach to the modeling process in order to create the best 3D representation of the building and infrastructure sites. The process includes using all available data such as 2D drawing plans (if available), point clouds of both the interior and exterior captured using lidar-based laser scanners and/or image-based photogrammetry devices such as specialized Matterport cameras or smartphone cameras.
