Project Description
Pena-Alcantara is involved as Project Managers and tenant representatives to oversee and coordinate with the landlord after a substantial flood to their lower Manhattan offices requiring flood remediation on several floors. Work included extensive carpentry, electrical, and HVAC repairs throughout, as well as MEP consultation on extensive HVAC remediation and upgrades in response to COVID-19.
